What we collect, and why.

1. Who we are

JuzGoDigital · SEO Division ("we", "us") is a division of JuzGoDigital, based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. Contact: jgdseo@juzgodigital.com.

2. What we collect

When you fill our free audit form

Your name, business or website URL, phone or WhatsApp number, and any notes you add. We use this to run the audit and reply to you.

When you message us

Your name, contact details, and the body of your message. We use this to reply.

When you visit the site

Standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed) and three analytics layers, named below.

Plausible Analytics

Aggregate pageview data: which pages were visited, the referring source, the country, the device type. No cookies. No personal identifier. No tracking across sites. Plausible never sees your name, email, phone, or the URL you submitted to the audit form. Loads on every page.

Microsoft Clarity

Session recordings and heatmaps so we can see where the page is broken and fix it. Recordings show mouse movements, clicks, and scrolls; they redact form field contents automatically. Clarity uses cookies and only loads after you accept the consent banner. If you decline, Clarity does not load and the rest of the site works normally.

Server-side event log

When you submit the audit or contact form, we record the submission in our own database alongside your audit data. This is first-party data under the same access controls as the rest of your submission. No third party receives it.

3. Why we collect it

• To reply to you. The form fields exist to send your audit and follow up.
• To improve the site. Aggregate analytics show us which pages help and which do not.
• To meet legal obligations. Tax records, invoicing for paid clients.

4. Who sees it

Our team and the platforms we use to send and store the data (email provider, CRM, analytics). We do not sell your data to anyone. We do not share it with advertising networks.

5. How long we keep it

Different data has different retention. Summarised here:

• Audit submissions: 12 months from your last interaction with us. Then deleted unless you become a client.
• Paid client records: as long as the engagement runs, plus 7 years for tax and audit compliance.
• Server visit logs: 90 days.
• Plausible Analytics: 24 months of aggregate data, then rolled into longer-term totals with no per-visit detail.
• Microsoft Clarity: 90 days for session recordings, after which they are deleted automatically by Clarity's retention policy.
• Server-side event log: 12 months. Aligned with audit submissions.

6. Your rights

• Ask to see what we have. Email us, we reply within 7 days.
• Ask us to correct it. Same channel.
• Ask us to delete it. We delete within 30 days unless we are legally required to keep a record (tax, invoicing).
• Opt out of any optional comms. One reply to unsubscribe, no follow-up.

7. Cookies

The site is largely cookieless. The only cookies that exist:

• Session cookies for basic site functionality (remembering your currency toggle, your cookie consent choice).
• Microsoft Clarity cookies, only after you accept the consent banner. If you decline, Clarity does not load and these cookies are never set.

No third-party advertising cookies. No retargeting pixels. No cross-site tracking. Plausible Analytics, the layer that gives us pageview counts, runs without cookies entirely.

8. Children

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data, email us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change anything material, the "Last updated" date at the top changes and we note what shifted at the bottom of this page.
