How we work together.

1. Who this applies to

Anyone who signs a service agreement with JuzGoDigital · SEO Division. Free audit submissions are not bound by these terms; that is one-time work we offer without obligation.

2. What is included in each offering

The pricing page lists what each offering includes. Anything outside that scope is either a separate offering or a custom quote.

• Google Business Profile (₹6,000 / month + GST): as defined on the service page.
• Web Development & Maintenance (₹4,000 / month + GST): as defined on the service page.
• Advanced SEO & GEO (₹25,000 / month + GST): as defined on the service page.
• Google Ads (variable): 15% of monthly ad spend, billed monthly.

3. Billing

Invoicing

Monthly retainers are invoiced in advance, the first business day of the month. GST applies on top of the price shown.

Payment terms

NET 7 from invoice date. Late payment beyond 30 days pauses delivery until clearance.

Annual prepay

Two months free, as shown on the pricing page. Refunded pro-rata if you exit before the term ends.

4. Exit and refunds

30-day exit notice from either side. No long contracts. No exit fees. Annual prepayments are refunded pro-rata. Any work in progress at the time of exit is delivered before close-out.

5. What we ask of you

• Access: Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, your website CMS, analytics. Without access, we cannot deliver.
• Approvals: we ship inside agreed cadences. Long approval queues slow the work.
• Honest direction: if something is not working, tell us early. We will fix it.

6. What we will not do

• Black-hat tactics. No bought links, no PBNs, no review fraud, no fake citations. The same rule applies even if you ask for it.
• Guarantee rankings. Anyone who guarantees position one is not telling the truth. We commit to method and cadence, not to specific positions.
• Work that violates Google or platform policies. If a tactic risks penalty, we will not run it.

7. Ownership

You own everything we produce for you. Content, code, design, reports, schema, citations. On exit, we hand over a clean archive within 14 days.

8. Confidentiality

Anything you share with us about your business stays confidential. We will not name you publicly until you sign off. References are connected only on your request.

9. Liability

Our total liability for any month is capped at the fees paid for that month. We are not liable for losses caused by third-party platform changes (Google algorithm shifts, Meta policy changes), force majeure events, or actions taken outside our scope.

10. Governing law

Indian law. Courts at Coimbatore have jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change anything material, we notify active clients in writing 30 days before the change takes effect.
